1. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked at least [3 hours] in advance via phone, app, or
    website.
  • Appointment confirmation is subject to availability
  • Clients must provide the correct address and contact details.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.
  • A cancellation fee of [2 way staff travel charges] may apply for last-minute
    cancellations.
  • No-show clients may be required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Hygiene & Safety

  • All tools and products used are sanitized according to professional standards.
  • Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and well-lit space for the service.
  • Service providers have the right to refuse service if the working environment is deemed unsafe or unhygienic.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made before spa service starts via cash, UPI methods.
  • Any promotional offers or discounts must be applied before billing.

5. Service Limitations

  • Home services are available within city limits.
  • Some services may not be possible at home depending on space or setup (e.g., steam facial, spa baths).
  • Clients must notify in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions

6. Client Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is required at all times.
  • Any inappropriate behavior or harassment towards staff will result in immediate
    cancellation of service and possible legal action.
  • Service providers have the right to leave the premises immediately in case of discomfort or misconduct.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to provide high-quality services, the company is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies, pre-existing conditions, or misuse of postservice care.
  • Clients are advised to follow aftercare instructions provided by the beautician or
    therapist.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery and promotions (if opted in).
  • Photos or videos for marketing will only be taken with written consent.

9.Modifications to Terms

  • The company reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes
